Acomplia

Acomplia (rimonabant) is a highly-efficient anti-obesity medicine that works for most patients taking it. It’s very important to combine Acomplia with dieting and exercising, as it is not going to burin your fat if you simply take it. Before taking Acomplia it’s recommended to talk to your doctor to let him know if you have any particular medical conditions. The following ones are important to report: liver problems, impaired kidney function and a history of epilepsy. If you are currently taking any other medicines you should also mention this fact to avoid drug interaction once you start treatment with Acomplia. Make sure you tell your health care provider if you are using or intend to use phenytoin, nefazodone, ritonavir, phenobarbital, clarithromycin, carbamazeptine, itraconazole, telithromycin, or ketaconazole. This list is not complete and there are a few other drugs that have been reported to interact with Acomplia. Discuss any new prescription or over-the-counter products with your doctor or pharmacist before starting to take them. Side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, irritability, depression, vomiting, irritability, anxiety, anorexia, dry mouth, sleep problems, and restlessness, are sometimes possible, but tend to go away on their own.
